Managing a pop-up bar in Central London
Purity were appointed by Nyetimber and CSM to manage operations and staffing of the Nyetimber Pop-Up Bar activated in the East piazza of Covent Garden
Covent Garden celebrated 500 years and following the Royal Chelsea Flower Show in May, the iconic location in Central London ran a Nyetimber in Bloom event.
The walk-in pop-up bar served drinks by the glass, half-bottle or full bottle and was operated as a commercial venture. Londoners, tourists and international guests were offered the opportunity to experience the Nyetimber brand and purchase drinks from across the range.
Purity was responsible for managing the pop-up Nyetimber bar providing full event management service including venue set-up each day, operating of service, provision of licensed staff, guest management each day and planning of event management with the Nyetimber and Covent Garden teams throughout the five-week period.
A VIP and press event kicked off the activation before members of the public enjoyed the experience throughout June.
