The Samsung Galaxy Studio is an in-mall pop-up experience that was created and managed by Cheil UK. Purity were appointed to recruit and manage staff to the Studios. Initially, three Studios in London running seven days per week for eight months were operational.

Purity recruited 125 Samsung event managers and brand ambassadors to the project all of whom were trained and live within a two-three week period. The Studio was subsequently extended to Birmingham and Manchester running for a further four months. Additional staff were recruited and trained for the key Christmas trading period in all locations. The only calendar day the Studios were not open was Christmas Day.

Purity supported through dedicated account management on a campaign that delivered approximately 8,000 staffing days and over 500,00 face-to-face demonstrations. Purity also recruited presenters who delivered on-stage product demonstrations each day.

During this campaign Purity collaborated with all stakeholders to create the Customer Experience Programme that seeks to train brand ambassadors to deliver unrivalled consumer engagement.
